Cheapest western made brand is Flavourart ($0.32/ml) and cheapest overall is Eastmall selling Dekang e-liquid ($0.30/ml), both of these only sell quantities greater than 10ml though (which is the database standard). The most expensive is eCigareta.eu selling Joye e-liquid at $1.85/ml. Most tobacco flavors offer Dekang (>35) and most other flavors JuicyVapor (148).
